These rules are in place to ensure a positive and secure hosting experience for all MatrixCloud clients. Please read them carefully and follow them at all times.

No Illegal Activities

Using our services for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to hosting copyrighted content without permission, phishing, or any activities that violate local, national, or international laws. ❌

No Spam or Abuse

Sending unsolicited bulk emails, DDoS attacks, or any form of abuse of our network resources is strictly forbidden. 📧

Resource Usage Limits

Each plan has specific resource limits. Excessive usage that impacts other clients may result in temporary suspension. ⚖️

Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period. 💳

Respect Support Staff

Be respectful to our support team. Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated. 🤝

Data Backup Responsibility

While we maintain backups, clients are responsible for their own critical data. We recommend regular backups of your important files. 💾

No Malicious Content

Hosting malware, viruses, or any malicious scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. 🛡️

Acceptable Use Policy

All hosted content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Content that is hateful, violent, or adult-oriented must be properly marked. 📋

Privacy and Security

Do not attempt to access other clients' data or exploit vulnerabilities in our systems. Report any security issues immediately. 🔒

Service Modifications

MatrixCloud reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice. Major changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. 📢

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for new accounts, subject to our terms and conditions. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. 💰
